The "google treasure chest" offered a CD/DVD for $1.99 that would provide you with information on how to make money on the internet. I was under the impression that $1.99 would be the only charge associated with this. Subsequently, I have had approximately $200.00 automatically withdrawn from my checking account from other advertisers that are associated with the Google Treasure Chest, (e.g. Reservation Rewards, Safelock ID, etc.) In each case I have had to call the telephone number associated with the withdrawal from my account and demand that the account be closed and that the refund the money withdrawn. This appears to be one huge scam to dupe unsuspecting people into losing $1, 000's of dollars before the mess can be straightened out. I have since canceled my debit card and restricted access from any of these theives.

Like the others here, my credit card was also charged $72.21 After this charge, I was charged again for $38.84! Watch your credit card statement because they also go by A1 Member.

The phone numbers on my credit card statement show up as Great Britain.

The advertisement was for a "Kit" for $1.97. This so called "Kit" was to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks via the mail. It never arrived! I never received the promised payment confirmation email, I never received an email or any notice refereeing me to another website, I never received a password or anything else from this so called "company".

I had to change my credit card account number on an account that I have had for 20 years! I am so angry my head is about to explode. My credit card company is going to send a form for me to fill out and sign so that I can dispute these charges.

I am not going to let this go and I would advise all the others here that got ripped off by this company to also not let this go!

Regarding another complaint left here-
Don't let them tell you that this was for a 7-day trial; that is a joke! I printed out my receipt and it clearly says that the offer was for a kit to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks! I have attached a copy of my receipt and hope that it might help the others here that were ripped off. By the way, the tiny text on the bottom of the receipt is about how they are not affiliated with Google, it does not mention any 7-day trial!

I didn't expect much for $2 and assumed I would receive a CD in the mail. I figured for $2 what do I have to lose! I lost $113.87! I would have lost more if I had not called my credit card company. It is clear that they were going to just keep charging my credit card! Beware, if you have not done something to stop it, they will keep charging you!

charge on my credit card of 71.21 requested refund was told it had been issued by Rachel my cancelation number is 050109-2646238 this was in april 09 and i still am waiting for my refund. called again and was told it had been issued but nothing has been given back. was told to go to the web site and file for my refund. called again and know one picks up the phone. it's now always busy.

I noticed a charge for 72.21 in my checking account and i called the 800 # that was attached to it. The women informed me of what it was and if and when I receive a CD in the mail I have to return it to receive a full refund. I did in fact get the CD and I mailed it right back and had it certified. Once I received confirmation that it was delievered I called back and the women told me it was to late.. I don't understand I did what she told me to do. So not only was I charged 72.21 but 2.17 but over draft fees on top of all this.
This has to stop this is crazy.

Ok, time for me to add mine. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with this company. I contacted the BBB and FTC and the building does not exist. My brother lives in Wyoming and actually drove to where this building is supposed to be and there is nothing there. I have sent writting complaints to the BBB, FTC, my Attorney General and Army Community Services(i am military). Asking to speak with the supervisor for 25 minutes, he was conveniently on the phone with someone and was not able to accept my phone call. I told the "operator??" that i would gladly hold and wait for him to finish. She came back on 10 minutes later, told me to call back in 10 business days after i receive my refund, and she proceeded to hang up on me. Everyone also needs to look to see if you have any charges from PRODUCT RESOURCE NETWO 866-5315311 UT. I had 4 charges in the amount ($36.77) a peice. I called this morning and had it cancelled whatever the hell it is, i was given a confirmation number. I then called Google Chest, cancelled it and also got a cancellation number, both were exactly the same minus 1 number. Please check your accounts for these.
