My credit card was charged $72.21 without my consent. This company told me that they would credit the funds back to my card within 7-10 business days on May 25, 2009. I have yet to receive my money back. I've contacted them on several different occasions and and was given the run around. They have given me extensions that are invalid three different times, also they had me fax a copy of my credit card statement to prove that i have not received my refund and still 5 business days later no refund. Please help me. I am a poor single mother who only wishes to have returned what is rightfully mine.

This company made an unauthorized charge to my bank account. I am requesting a full refund for the amount withdrawn $72.21 As of

I received my Google Treasure Chest CD along with my $1.97 bill. When i received my billing statement another charge from "Sandy" in the amount of $72.21. The following month i received another charge on my card from "Google Chest" in the amount of $72.21, and another charge from "Grant Spring" in the amount of $24.87. I contacted the customer service department, although Janice ext#595 could not tell me if this was the "Google" customer service department, she said they handle many accounts, not only "Google. I was able to cancel a membership with Google that i had no idea existed, she refunded one monthly charge of $72.21 but told me that i had to send a letter asking for the other $72.21 that "Sandy" whom ever she may be took out of my account. My last question was about the charge from "Grant Spring" and who in fact was this? How is it possible that they received my info. on a protected sight? I called another number given to me by the kinda but not all the time Google customer service rep Janice, the gentleman there refused to give me his name or allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor, he did cancel my membership to a sight that i had never heard of, but would not refund my $24.87. He informed me that i had to send a e-mail and attach my billing statement to the e-mail, I'm sure that it would be secure! How is this possible that Google allowed someone else my info. How can i be charged for something that i had no idea of? There are laws against this and my Citi Card will not allow this!!!

bought a cd to make money at home from Google treasure chest and it was only $1.97 and find out it was charged to my credit card in the amount of $84.98. thats a rip off and i want my money back. will never happen again.

i also had been charged $72.21. i was in shock to see this on credit card statement. it was not even listed as Google Treasure Chest o statement but as "call for refund". i had ordered a cd from Google Profits for $1.97 (which i am not using) and i think somehow the two are linked even though they won't tell you that on the phone. i had thrown out the cd for Google Treasure Chest because when i came in the mail i just thought it was junk mail. i didn't order it. so i couldn't even return it o get my money back.
i thought i was going crazy when they told me i ordered it and i knew i hadn't. thank you to whoever gave the website ic3.gov to report internet scams.
