Unauthorized Charges
Yes, I too was billed for $72.21 which was unauthorized on 2/17/2009. I already posted this on several of my social networks and blogs.
How do you contact them? There is no phone numbers or anything. I filed a claim with my local bank so I will let you know in 30 days or so what comes out this investigation.

Unauthorized charge of $72.21.
I got caught up in the spin of trying to get a Wii for the kids. In the process, I asked for some "information" for a possible home business since I am now unemployed. I was careful to read the requirements and noticed that I need to cancel within the offer period, which I did by calling the merchant. I spoke to customer rep and was told that fee would be refunded. This never happened and the fee is still on my statement. 2 lessons- 1) Don't fall for the bait and 2) never trust Google Treasure Chest.
I have contacted my Bank and submitted a claim for unauthorized charges against Google Treasure Chest so I expect to receive a full refund.

Fraud
My husband ordered an on line a program to learn how to make money on line. The price was only $3.88. We thought that was the only charge. Then we got the surprise. $72.21 was charged from our bank account instead of the three dollars the web site claimed. I called and was received with much hostility. I was told that if I had read the "terms and conditions", I would have known about the monthly charge. I canceled and still ended up paying half the price because we didn't cancel within the one week free trial period. Absolutely Ridiculous! This is a lesson to all, always read the " Terms and Conditions ".

unauthorized charges
I was charged 72.21 for something from google treasure chest. I did not order or authorize these charges to be removed from my credit card account. I expect this charge to be put back into my account and I will be cancelling all contact with your company!! I do expect a reply from you explaining what is going on. I actually have 2 charges, one in January and one in February. connie lancon

unauthorized debit of 72.21
I was charged 72.21 for nothing i did not authorize this charge the ad read free just pay 3.88 for shipping and handling, then i get whamed with 72.21 I called the google money tree and they said that in the terms and conditions, ( the little tiny print of 5 pages) in there it says you would get hit with 72.21!!! they refuse to give me back my money this is the biggest scam going do not do anything with google

Fraudulent Offer
I received an email offer of free Internet Business Guide. Offer stated that if you act now you could receive the cd/dvd for the $3.99 shipping charges only. I received a charge to my account $72.21. That I did not authorize.

Scam, they say it's in the fine print that you are charged over $70 per month to look at a website. When you call they refuse to credit your account back.

I was ripped off for $72.21 without my approval
I never entered a search for this company, never ordered info. A charge of $72.21 just showed up deducted from my bank account. THIS IS VERY SCARY!! I NEVER GAVE THEM ANY OF MY BANKING INFO!!! I am very disappointed in Google for letting this occur. I thought THEY had more scruples.
I cancelled my debit card immediately and filing a fraudulent disput claim. But I have to persoanlly make a trip to the bank which is over 45 minutes away and I am handicapped, making the effort difficult.
