I was charged 72.21 for something from google treasure chest. I did not order or authorize these charges to be removed from my bank account. I expect this charge to be put back into my account and I will be vancelling all contact with your company!! I do expect a reply from you explaining what is going on. M Moss

I called on the 6th of April to have services canceled and was told my money would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. I called back on the 13th and was told there was no refund ever processed and that they would do it right away and it would take 24 to 48 hours. I called back on May 1st and was told that the refund had been posted on the 28th and if it wasn't showing up by the 4th (another 72 hours) I should call them back. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or someone higher with authority, I was informed t hat they don't take phone calls. They took my money out of my account within 30 minutes, but it took them a month to replace it. After all this conversation, I was told that they are not affiliated with Google, they just share their name.

I signed up for google treasure chest and noticed right after I did that it was going to cost me $70+ a month with no guarantee to earn money. I then received six phone calls the next day on my cell phone with no voice mail message. I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I finally got tired of the relentless phone calls, so I called it back and found out it was Google verifying that I had submitted a request the day before for their program. I advised them to cancel the request since they were so rude to not leave a message on my phone six times. The woman on the phone advised me that she was not the one who called, so I shouldn't be upset with her. I now received a CD in the mail, after I had already cancelled my request, only to find out that the CD has a Trojan Horse virus on it. Good thing my anti-virus software is working and I didn't infect my computer. So buyers - not only beward of the hidden monthly costs, but beware of the virus that is inbedded on the CD you receive.

Google Tresure Chest took $72.21 from my credit card without my permission to do so. They claimed their CD would cost $1.97 for shipping charges only.
I don't know about all of you out there, but I am sick of these multi-billion dollar companies ripping people off. Expecially in these hard times when it is all one can do to pay their bills and put food on the table. I don't want to complain to the FBI. We have enough of Government in our business as it is. I think WE THE PEOPLE should stand up, group together, and fight this fraud. I suggest that we all write a news organization. Beit FOX, CNN, MSNBC, we need to let them know that Google is ripping people off in a time of financial uncertainty. What did we do to deserve this from Google? Well, everyone of us who responded to this ad was trying to make money from a home-based business. We should be able to do this without Google taking us for $72.21 of our money. When I called them today, Google Treasure Chest representitives said that it would take 7 to 10 working days to put the money back that they stole from me. I asked why it only took them 1 day to take it, but 7 to 10 days to put it back. Of course they have no answers. We all need to boycott Google and let them know that we are not going to take this from them or anybody else who is out there trying to scam the people. It's always the hard working that gets the kick in the head when they're down.
I am going to write the news channels, and go all the way up if I have to, just to see to it that we get heard! If we fight for our rights, then less and less of them will be taken away from us. I suggest you do something, anything to put Google in their place. We are the People! We are the people who made them rich!!!

I thought I was signing up for a job posting links for AdSense, at least that's what the advertisement said. Instead they have been charging payments to my credit card that were NOT specified in the original terms. There is no way to contact the company, the number is fake. When you call it, all that plays is a message asking you to please continue to hold.
