I had unauthorized charges for $72.21 on my checking account for a website I didn't even know that I had. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that supervisors don't take phone calls. Well I wouldn't either if I was a crook and guilty of something. I am now working with my bank to go after them. I will be making other calls in the next day or so to make sure they are held responsible for their fraudulent activity.

I purchased this service in April and did not receive any information about this service so I assumed that the transaction did not occur. i received my credit card statement and there were two charges on the account from this company I called the 1-866 number that was on the credit card statement and requested to cancel and refund of the $72.21. The customer service person was very daft about the who situation, but was eventually able to cancel and give me an address to request a refund. I was wondering if anyone has received a refund from these people?

I was charged a $72.21 which was deducted from my account without my permission or knowledge until I checked my account. I tried calling the number that showed up on my account and all they wanted to do was to give me an address to mail a letter to get my money back. This is crap!
I want my money returned to me immediately. I will be turning this over to the authoraties for further investigations.

I, too, got charged $72.21. Reading the complaints about this Google chest, i didn't even bother calling their customer service. I went ahead and called my bank and reported this fraudulent charge. My bank cancelled my card and is sending me a new one. My bank also asked me if they are able to pursue who ever charged my account if i am willing to press charges and i gladly said YES! So everything is in process right now and hopefully my bank will credit my account back.

Upon purchasing a "work at home cd-rom". My wife and I recieved a phone call within 48 hours from Google Treasure Chest and was asked questons about our finances, and how much start up cash we had, to start this bussiness. After 10 minutes we asked the gentleman to call back the next night so we could disscuss it. We both felt that the questions we were asked sounded strange and did not feel comfortable persueing this endevour any further. The next day this gentleman called again and we informed him of our decision not to persue this "at home scam" he asked why not and we hinestly told him we just did not want to take a chance with $500 at this time. So I'am thinking this phone call was pretty much a decline of his offer no services rendered, right? Well it is May 20, and my account was deducted $72.21 for membership fees. So we call them at the number on the cd-rom, they said there was no record of the conversation with a gentleman and the fee was for our membership dues. After much tongue biting and asking to speak to a supervisor, we were still $72.21 down in the hole. I pray that these people lose sleep every night for the scam they are pulling, and hope they all take a long walk off a short dock into the river.
