monthly unauthorized billings
My name is Russell Phillips, 220 Tepelo Trl. Apt. 55, Frankfort, KY 40601 270-217-1481. I sent in for a 1.95 cd regarding using google adsense words and am now getting regular bills on my credit card for $72.21 monthly. I cannot get ahold of anyone to get this stopped at the number provided and my credit card company (Chase) says there is nothing they can do. How can I get these charges stopped?

Unauthorized charge
These people called several times after I read a few of their pages but authorized nothing. The charge of $72.95 appeared on my VISA statement on May 13 while we were on vacation. We returned yesterday, and I am reporting the fraud today.

unauthorized charges
I was also charged for the 72.21. However I did not send for any kit or anything. I just happen to notice several odd charges on my account such as $2.17 International Service, $0.06 and $1.97 A1 member I do not know what these are. But I do have the 72.21 charge . Will the bank or company refund this amount or what is the process for this. Help Thanks

scam, fraud, unathorized withdrawls
I duuno WTF !!! I wake up this morning and check my bank account as i have some things to get and BAM $95 in the hole from this! I ordered NO CD, I never recived a call from theses people. Untill this morning I didnt know Google Treasure Chest even existed. I want my fuckin money back and I want it back now! Im calling around to others on this and yeah something has to be done. I reported this to BBB.
You people burn in hell! You deserve in my HUMBLE opinion to be burning in th elowest hottest depts. Thanx to you im now screwed beyond screwed! ><
Theres my phone number someont better call me from that company NOW!! because when i call you all im getting is your hours. and oh yeah guess what according to that IM CALLIONG WITHIN BUSINESS HOURS!!!

unautherised charge
Did not autherized the $72.31 off of my credit card . Where can I go to get this resolved. The gave me a cancellation number of 0522092725709
I guess I also should call my goverment in ohio to help me resole this.

charged 72.21 and 1.97
1.97 was taken out of my account then about two week later was charged again for 72.21. I called them for four weeks and they gave me the run around then said they put back in my account that it was refunded on may 11, so they told me to talk to my bank that they put the refund though. went to bank said that if not in account after 7 bussiness days i would have to cancel my account and fight to get my money. So i gave them ten bussiness days and called them back and they said theres nothing they can do they put the refund though. I think is bull because they took it out so quick how cant they put it back that quick

Unauthorized Charges
I was charged 72.21 for something from google treasure chest. I did not order or authorize these charges to be removed from my bank account. I expect this charge to be put back into my account and I will be vancelling all contact with your company!! I do expect a reply from you explaining what is going on. I am tired of waiting. I need this matter solved ASAP. If not i will be taking this matter to court. I dont play when it comes to my hard earned money. Yall try to tell people how to make money from home, but yet yall take money from the people without any authorization.

Stolen Money
Let me add mine to an apparently LONG list of laments about this company.
Not only did they take$72.21 from my account after I told them I was no
longer interested, they now tell me that I have to return their product (at
my expense of course) in order to receive a refund from them. One of my
MANY problems with them is that I have yet to receive the product after
3 weeks and, according to the only person I was allowed to talk to, the only
way for my money to be refunded is to return the product. Additionally,
eveyone in the company hides behind "Customer Service" who are NOT
ALLOWED to transfer calls to ?supervisors? nor are they allowed to give
out other phone numbers, addresses or any other means of contacting
someone in authority. If this doesn't fit the defiition of a "fly-by-night"
operation, I don't know what does. Suggestions???????

Online Scam after $1.97 CD
Somehow I unintentionally bought some CD online for $1.97. I had some woman from Google (who was very rude by the way) call me trying to make me set up a merchant account. I told her I was not interested in ANY kind of online business. Then I get a 72.21 charge with a phone number 866-200-5473. Calling that number puts you through to a customer service rep that can barely speak english, they won't refund anything, and won't let you speak to anyone else or a supervisor.
