Charged never received
Was charged 1.25 for free trail and then $38.54 and have not received anything please credit my account.

Un-authorized debit
Out of the blue I was just charged $29.95 for a Google Success Kit that I did not authorize. I demand re-imbersment or I will press charges! I do not appreciate nor will I tolerate being charged for a scam like "Google Success Kit". I want my money back immediately!!!

Unauthorized Charges
I just found three charges on my credit card. Like many others I authorized a $1.00 charge to get information on the Google Success Kit. I never saw it was for a seven day trial and that I would be charged $11.95 after that. To make matters worse I also got hit for Fraud Protection - $4.95 and Identity Security for $9.95. I've called all three numbers, same place but different departments so they won't transfer. Each one said they would cancel but wouldn't give me a refund, per the terms and conditions. I persisted and all finally agreed to refund back the last months charge.
Talking about fraud...what a scam and I am surprised Google is part of this.

Scam
Two charges appeared on my bank statement. $1.99 for shipping and handling for an inforation kit I never received. And $29.95, for first month membership

unauthorized charges
I agreed to be charged only one dollar to receive information in the mail, which I never received. Not only was I charged the dollar, I was charged $11.95 twice, $4.95 twice for some fraud protection & $9.95 for identity security, a total of $43.75 in unauthorized charges. I expect to be credited for these charges and wish to delete google from my computer for allowing this to happen.

took money out of my account
I signed up to get a kit for a $1.00 but when I got my statement the $1.00 was taken out along with $29.95 for the same kit, $4.95 for securty and I just got my next statement and another $29.95 was taken out. I want my money back ASAP. I already emailled once before with no success but I am tired of you repeating yourself. I have a family to support and you do not help. I never did recieve any kind of kit from Google. I suggest you return the money or I will have to take furthere action for your false adveritsement.

no item and additional charges on my credit card!
I authorized the $1.00 for the Google Success Kit and never received it. They said if I cancelled in the next 14 days I would not be charged. i called the NEXT day and cancelled! I got my statement today. I was charged 1/05/2008 $1.00
on 1/12/2008 I was charged $29.95 I never received anything and they verified I would not be charged. Please cancel all charges as this was unauthorized and I never received an e-mail or physical product at all!

I approved your mailing the Google Success Kit for $1.00, but I never received it. Now, you are charging $46.55 AU, which is an unauthorized amount. Please refund the $1.00 and $46.55 AU charges as this is a scam and I no longer am interested in dealing with you.

Did not Receive/Unauthorised Transaction
I authorised a $1.00 transaction on my credit card and then was charged a further $43 on top of that which I did not authorise. I have since closed of my credit card however I am not impressed at all and consider this to be notice that I am not interested in continuing with anything this company has to offer and that I never signed up for additional credit transactions.
