My story starts as i was one of mazda customers and i bought mazda 3 then because i loved this car i tried to join the company to work there <br />
last year i already applied at the same time of the year in galadari and they accepetd me as sales executive and they suspent me after ramadan because of Visa issue <br />
but the problem when i started with them again in november i found my self agin in training from the begining and they transfered me to abu-dhabi branch and without any choice by force from the regional sales manager there (tarik Hussein)<br />
at this time i couldn't refuse then i transfered there in fleet team <br />
my manager there (fleet manager) he was also new and he wasn't aware of the product and for the country <br />
the reason for my transfere is that i was the only arabic sales man there and they need me in abu-dhabi <br />
even my english also is very good <br />
and the tragedy starts from the manager i was asking him manytimes to transfere me to any other branch but his answer was(forget that you will be transfere to any other place)<br />
without reasons only he was saying that i can't because your name now is with the japaneese people and you must be in fleet team abu-dhabi<br />
first i don't have place to live in, i was living in sharjah and working in abu-dhabi every day i have to go and come all this way <br />
he was telling me to live in the camp of labors in musafah which is not clean at all <br />
then he was telling me bad words because of not selling the reason for not selling for all sales was the global crisis and the price of mazda was heigh at this time and the managements refuse to reduce the prices and also they want sales <br />
example for the words that he was telling me to make sales is to hiss the customer hands to dance for them do anything only i want sales <br />
which is not acceptable from any human on himself to work in this condition or with a manger wo treat him in rude way <br />
and this is not for me only but for all the new team <br />
he was pressing on another one telling her this is the termination letter of mohammed and if you will continue knowing him i will fire him then fire you <br />
she was crying because of this way <br />
and he starts to tell her that he is taking money from customers and he doesn't do anything for himself what u expect from him to do for anyone else<br />
and so on <br />

finally i just want the Hr management in galadari group to be aware of this kind of people there <br />
and to ask why the sales people are not making sales <br />
and the customers also was complaining about the service and the bad treatment there <br />
specially that tehy was steeling from my car something like (sun glases, neckles, and some pupets was in my car)<br />
i don't care about that all <br />
but the situation is very bad <br />
i hope that this complaint will be viewed by any one in the management in galadari group to stop this farce as galadari always known as a big company <br />
that's my story <br />
i need any assistance from the management <br />
please do something to such peaople who are using their seats in the wrong way
