We bought a Laptop from Futureshop and after a hardsell they sold their warranty to us. The computer had a problem in 2 days. They tested it for 2 minutes and they said my yahoo has some problems and they went on to say that we should know a little about computers before we buy them. Futureshop never gives warranty they will give you 200 reasons that the warranty cannot be covered. They will blame it on something. So never buy their extended warranty, it does not work.
