No Delivery

Today is Father's Day, 1:20 p.m. Pacific Time. I received a call just now at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time that my Father's flowers will not be delivered today! Dad lives in the Eastern Time zone so it's 4:00 p.m. there. This company waited until 4:00 p.m. in the delivery time zone to tell me the delivery would not take place as scheduled. Unbelievable! I am SO disappointed with "From You Flowers" and also with Screaming Daily Deals for putting an offer out there with a company that just doesn't come through on-time. To Screaming Daily deals I would say that it's more than the commission you make - you need to really check these companies out. "From You Flowers" is a real dog.

Today is Monday, 6/20, the day AFTER Father's Day. I called my Dad and his flowers were not delivered today either. When the customer service rep called me yesterday to say the delivery would not take place on Father's Day she said they would upgrade the flowers to the next highest level AND deliver before Noon on 6/20/11. I have sent 2 inquiries this evening via email to "From You Flowers" with no response as of yet. What a truly disappointing experience with Screaming Daily Deals.

Today is Wednesday, 6/22 and my Dad's flowers have not been delivered. Each day it's another excuse from "From You Flowers." Tuesday it was "The florist can't delivery today." Today it was "We couldn't find a local florist. We found one now but it's too late in the day to deliver." Odd isn't it that they had a florist on Monday and "just found a florist" on Tuesday? Each day they offer a 10% discount and I have to remind them that Monday (6/20) they had already offered a 20% discount and an upgrade to my Father's arrangement. I asked them what else they could do to compensate for the terrible customer service. He put me on hold for a couple of minutes and said that's all they could do. My Dad is 80 years old and has been waiting at home since Sunday for a delivery that hasn't come. Each day I call to apologize and he says "It's OK honey" but I know he's been anticipating a flower delivery and doesn't want me to feel bad about it. This Screaming Daily Deal has been a #1 lemon for my Father's Day gift to my Dad. It's just sad what they are doing to my Dad and outrageous the canned excuses they've been passing out to me on a daily basis for 4 days.

Bait and Switch Flower arrangement
For Mothers day "From You Flowers" showed a Bouquet of Lilies and Roses at a "discount Price" but what was delivered was a Bouquet of all Carnations. Carnations are the cheapest of flowers?. I requested a Happy Mothers day Card". No card was delivered only the Florist business card!. I'm not even sure that it was the Flowers I ordered|. FromYouFlowers couldn't tell me who the florist was that made the delivery, .
In small print it did state "product availability" and "as close as Possible", .There was one carnation in the ad;. When I complained they offered a 10 dollar gift card.

Did Not Deliver on Date Requested
I ordered flowers on June 4th to be delivered to a funeral on June 5th before noon (and paid extra for that) so that they could be there before the viewing. The flowers did not arrive until 45 minutes before the funeral service started on June 6th. What a waste! From You Flowers discovered on Saturday that the florist couldn't provide delivery on Sunday so they authorized a Monday delivery without ever calling me. I would have cancelled the order and they knew that. They stole my money by not adhering to my contractual request and delivered the flowers whenever they felt like it. And of course their response is that I got my flowers, I should be happy. I will tell my experience with this thieving company to everyone I meet. Stay away from these unethical thieves!!

Beware
This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Not only will my step mother and my 80 year old grandmother not receive flowers on Mothers Day but my day is also ruined. I placed 3 orders on the 3rd of May and called and spoke with them several times to make sure my orders would be good. I was reassured every time that my ...orders were good to go. The first order that was supposed to be delivered on Mothers Day was delivered on Friday the 6th. I had two more orders left. I received an email at 400AM (on Mothers Day) saying they could not fulfill my orders. I called and "Alissa" said that she didn't know why I received the emails and that the orders were "on the truck". My family never received any flowers. Once again I called back and was told they didn't have florist in the area. I wanted to know why I was told that I was good to go and not told the truth so I could have made other arrangements. All they offered was "sorry" and a $20 gift certificate that I would never use because I will not do business with them again or any of their affiliates. They also offered to call my Grandmother and tell her sorry. REALLY? This may be the last Mothers day that my Grandmother sees and they want to tell her sorry?? They are only going to refund the money for two orders although they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I AM NOT SATISFIED!! This business DOES NOT care about their customers and I would not be surprised if the money is not refunded to my account in 1-2 business days like they said they would.

Horrible service and products
I orderred some flowers at the last minute from this company and orderred red gerbera daiseys in a waterring can container. They had a disclaimer about substituting like for like if needed for mother's day. Whet they delivered was a cheap arrangement of yellow daiseys in a vase-cut flowers. I spent an hour on the phone with them-being hung up on twice-trying to get the correct flowers delivered. They actually thought it was ok to deliver substandard flowers and hide behind the substitution disclaimer. They were condescending and difficult to deal with. I got the impression I should be happy my mother in law got anything at all. I paid 60.00 for the plant and they deliverred about 20.00 of flowers. The agreement was that they pick up the arrangement and get her what she wanted that was comperable to what I paid for. That was 5/11/11. They have done nothing. This is the worst florist I have ever delt with. Greedy liars is putting it mildly. When I find out which florist delivered the flowers I will file a complaint on them also. This made mother's day a truly unhappy day. If I had wanted yellow daiseys that what I would have orderred.

NO DELIVERY - NO SERVICE!
This company is the WORST! iN ALL MY LIFE - 50 YEARS! I have never had such a bad experience. Claimed same day delivery - No show! Next Day - I was lied to 3 times about the status. Finally cancelled my order - I better not see any charges on my credit card or these people will hear from me!

Never Delivered
I placed an order on Thursday evening (5/5) for flowers to be delivered to a wake the next day. I paid an additional fee that guaranteed the flowers would be delivered by noon on Friday (5/6). The flowers were not delivered by 5pm so I called From You Flowers and was advised the florist would not know the status of my order until his delivery truck returned from deliveries. I reminded them the flowers were supposed to have arrived by noon and that was quite odd that the florist could not call the delivery driver via cell phone. From You Flowers advised the delivery drivers could not be disturbed during deliveries. I told them I hope they never use this same florist again and that I would call them back if the flowers did not arrive by the time the wake ended (9pm). Well, the flowers did not arrive and I called From You Flowers again. I advised the flowers had not been delivered and was told by From You Flowers they were on the truck for delivery and would be at the mortuary in the next 15minutes. I said ok and that I would call them back if they did not arrive. Around midnight, I found out the flowers still had not been delivered and was back on the phone to From You Flowers. This time I was told the previous reps I had spoken to were new to the company, the flowers had been delivered at 2:30pm and had been placed in the mortuary's flower room, and that a delivery confirmation had been sent to me via email. I advised the flowers had not in fact been delivered as I was at the wake and they were not there. From You Flowers advised they would check with the florist in the morning and call me back. I phoned the mortuary in the morning and inquired if they had received any flower deliveries the previous day and was advised they had not. As of noon on Saturday (5/7), I had not heard back from From You Flowers, so I called them yet again. This time they placed me on hold and called the mortuary to confirm no flowers had been received. I was then advised they would be able to send the flowers to a home address on Monday (5/9). I said ok and gave them the name and address of where to send the flowers. On Monday (5/9), I received a confirmation of delivery email. Today, Tuesday (5/10), I spoke with the flower recipient and found out no flowers had been delivered. I called From You Flowers again this evening and was advised they had received confirmation of delivery on 5/9. I told them that was nice, but the flowers had not been delivered. They then said they would need to speak with the florist again tomorrow morning (5/11) and would call me back. At this point, I told them the whole situation was ridiculous and that I did not want flowers coming from the same florist as he/she had already provided two fake delivery confirmations and that I wanted them to find another florist that could deliver to the same area. They said they found another florist in the area and that the flowers will be sent tomorrow to the home address I provided to them on 5/7. I am appauled by how I have been treated by this company and am shocked in the manner in which they handle their business. I have been treated as if I am lieing. I told From You Flowers from my first complaint call that I am not looking for compensation, I just want the darn flowers delivered...period. We will see what happens tomorrow, but I am not holding my breathe. I am sure I will be on the phone with them again within the next 24hrs! :(

Way Late Delivery
On Thursday, May 5, 2011 I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered on Saturday, May 7, 2011 to the home of my brother in Florida, where my Mom was staying. Saturday came and went without delivery, of which I was informed of by my brother late Saturday night. Again, no delivery of the flowers the next day, on Mother's Day. So I emailed "From You Flowers" about 4:30 PM and asked for an explanation and a refund. About 11PM that night I received an email saying my order had been delivered. I contacted my brother the next morning (today, Monday May 9, 2011) asking him whether he got the flowers and he said they had left it in the middle of the night by the front door. He went to bed around 11PM and they were not there at that time. Of course, Mother's day had come and gone and so had my mother, who never got her flowers as ordered. I called to complain and asked for a refund, and was told that since there was a delivery, no refund was permitted. They offered me a $15 gift certificate, which I declined since I won't be using their service again. There are enough other services out there that get the job done, so would avoid this one at all costs.

no delivery of flowers
I placed 3 orders for mother's day flowers well before mother's day. Only 1 of the 3 arrived!!! Are you kidding me????!!! The only thinkg they are willing to compensate me with is a $15 gift card! What a joke! I will never use the card, because I will never use their service again.
