I was told that i needed an email address to sign up for a 12 month rebate for my direct tv, nothing was said about when i signed the agreement when the tech. came to my house to instal the tv box and wiring that it would be for a 24 month contract. all i get from the company is that you should have read the contract before signing it. I told them that this is fraud and poor service on their part. the tech that came to my house was to buissy on his cell phone talking about getting ripped off on his divorce like i was not even their and then he did not even leave me a copy of the signed contract. now i cant even get out of the contract. thay (Directv) dont even want to listen or adjust the contract. i thought i was signing for the 123 months like what was discussed on the telephone, who would in there right mind sign for a 24 month contract for cabel tv... this is stupid and direct tv said to cancel contract i had to pay over 400.00 dollars if i did that i should just keep the cabel.
