Thought I was signing up for a trial, but immediately charged $9.99 on my Sprint bill. Called Sprint and said they would email flycell and get my charge credited to my account, but may take up to 3 months. Called Sprint after 3 months and supposedly no record of my conversation with Sprint customer service rep, and that I have to "try" to get the credit myself!!!
This B.S. should be against the law!!! I am sooooooo mad!!!
