Non Delivery
I was charged for flowers that were not delivered. A very Special Birthday bouquet for my 85 year old aunt. This is not right. I clicked on Tele-Flora and this sight came up instead so I assumed that this gregory scotte company was a part of tele-flora. Evidently it is not. I want my money back or I go to the Better Business Bureau and my bank. This web site should not be allowed on internet if it is a scam.

No delivery
Flowers ordered for mo-in-law in hospital. After a few days with no mention I asked my husband about them. He said there were no flowers. I called number on my e-receipt. Person said I would receive call back. I received message asking if I wanted an upgrade with an apology, I called back and said I wanted a credit (no longer in hospital). I checked my credit card acct today and no credit given. Now I can't get an answer at their phone number (including the one mentioned on this site). Hopefully a complaint to my credit card will result in a credit.

DIDN"T DELIVER FLOWERS AS PROMISED
THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR A FUNERAL ORDER AND DID NOT DELIVER THEM!! HUGE EMBARRASSMENT! WHEN I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE FLORIST, THEY WERE UNSYMPATHETIC AND REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME!

No delivery of flowers, but charged
Flowers for my daughter's birthday were never delivered but my credit card was charged. Four phone calls and 2 emails have resulted in no response. As a military family, we realize this is not as serious as being in a ditch with people shooting at us, but for crying out loud, it's hard enough that in service to our country, we have to be separated from our relatively recently adopted high school age daughter on her birthday and these folks are making it harder.

Here is the DIRECT phone # (310-289-6594) for Floral originals by Gregory Scotte. This phone # (310-289-6594) is for their physical floral shop. This phone # (310-289-6594) does NOT go to their answering service (which is who you reach every time you dial one of their published phone #'s). Their answering service is just that, order takers and message takers. They only know to do what is taught to them. I was just lucky enough to reach someone (who must have been new in management there) and was given this direct phone #( 310-289-6594) by a manager. When I called this phone # (310-289-6594) the floral shop was confused and more concerned as to where and how I got the phone# (310-289-6594) than that there was an issue concerning their lack of service, lack of customer service and the fraud that they have and continue to inflict on innocent victims.
NOTE... as this phone# 310-289-6594 is a direct line to the physical florist. You will have to call it during their normal business hours. I was able to reach someone there as early as 9am PST, I am not sure what time they close or what days. I have not tried this phone # 310-289-6594 after hours, but there is a good chance that it may redirect calls back to their answering service if called after normal business hours.
Considering the number of complaints this company has and the amount of dissatisfied customers attempting to settle issues, I would call this phone # as soon and as often as it takes to get your concerns settled (before they disconnect it due to volume of calls). It is obvious that even the folks at the florist have no interest in helping you resolve your issue... even as much as they may seem to let you believe that they are going to do everything to help you, it just isn't the case.
The managers name is Tabitha... personally, I found it hard if not impossible to get in touch with her. BUT I didn't stop and continued to call.
In the end calling this # 310-289-6594 is not how my issue was directly resolved ... I will post next week (if I actually get my refund) how I managed to do it... and share with all that need help, BUT please don't let these people continue to do this.
Call this phone# 310-289-6594 and continue to call, (THIS IS IMPORTANT TO DO) keep records of whom you spoke with, when you spoke with them and what they said that they would do to help you.
This will help you when I am able to post how I got my refund (provided I actually get it). No matter how small the amount they took from you, do NOT let them get away with this. It is your money that is helping them to continue to defraud other people with. Companies like this can only stay in business if we do Nothing!!!

Please don't give up... there are so many victims of this fraud. Personally it makes me ill that they can do this to anyone, but even more so that they are taking a great advantage in defrauding our American Soldiers. I have now compiled a long list of our Americans Soldiers deployed in combat, that have defrauded by this company. Many of these Soldiers have no one here that will or can fight for them in an attempt to get their monies refunded. And undoubtedly this company is aware of the ease of which it's system to defraud can so easily be used against those not able to fight back. It breaks my heart that there should be even 1 American that would even think about doing something like this to our Soldiers.

No Delivery
I ordered flower, however they never was delivered, I contacted the customer service number and they couldn’t tell me, who, when, or what, went wrong with the order, nor could they provide the local florist who the order went to. I'm not sure if these guys even have flowers. Don’t use this service you will get burned.

never delivered anything!
I ordered online from Gregory Scotte florist. they charged my credit card $80. I live in NY, flowers being sent to FL. My parents went to the service, said there was no flowers from me. I called the florist 3 times with no return call. I then called Bank of America and they took off my credit card and are now going after them. DON"T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Non-delivery for a funeral
I had ordered (on a Saturday) from their Internet Site (guaranteed same day delivery) a floral arrangement for my cousin's wake on a Monday & funeral on Tuesday (a rosary of carnations for her casket) and they never completed or delivered the order. They never even had the common courtesy of informing me on Monday that they could not complete or deliver the order (internet order required my cell phone number and home number). I called several times from the wake (very upset) and they always told me that I would be hearing from a supervisor (never called) and promised me that the rosary would be delivered for free on Tuesday morning in time for the funeral (never arrived). I just wanted to warn other families do not ever under any circumstances ever order from this website. They took the time to charge my MasterCard account for the rosary of carnations that were never delivered but did not take the time to call me on Monday to let me know that they could not complete or deliver the order. I have my attorney handling the charge to my MasterCard account just to let them know that they can not treat families this way when it is their last chance for families to do something special for their departed loved one. Please take my advice and never under any circumstances order funeral arrangements from an Internet Website (especially FTD).

Product not received
I ordered flowers from Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte. The flowers were not delivered. I called 3 times and was told that the "local" flower shop would call me back. They didn't. I waited until my credit card was charged for the order and then called the credit card customer service. They credited the charge back to my account.

Terrible service
Order placed 8/10/08 for delivery on 8/11/08. Family member passed away and was a sympathy basket. As of 8/14/08 still not delivered. Made 4 phone calls and sent to e-mails and no response from this terrible company. DO NOT USE!!! They should not be in business.
