I sent them two cell phones in the SAME package but only received credit for one. Of course the phone they credited was a cheap and common phone. The other phone they denied receiving happened to be more expensive and rare to find here in the US.

I sent them two emails and their replies were pretty much, "we didn't get the other phone but when we do we'll give you credit for it."
