This use to be a great way to order flags that were different and pretty. Now I have had 2 bad experiences with this company and will never order from the again. My first order was placed in November for a St Patricks day flag. They took my money the next day after I ordered the flag. With holiday' s coming I was patient and did not call until mid December. They advised that the flag was damaged when shipped and they would resend the flag. Did I ever get this flag NO. I finally got my refund in March. Like a fool a reordered another flag in February and still have not received it so I have canceled my order. The funds are always taken out the next day after order is placed but takes 5 months to get my money back. I will never order from this company again. This was a good company at one time but I don't know what has happened that so many people are being riped off by them. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 5 MONTHS FOR A REFUND!
