I was charged $19.95 for a product I did not order, I don't even know what this product is. I was very upset to see these charges on my credit card and will not pay for something I did not order.

I recently ordered a "free" sample of Acai Berry on the internet and should have been charged $5.95 for shipping and handling only. I was charged the $5.95 and also was charged $29.95 for something that I did not order from a company called Fit-Fac. There was no mention of this on the website. I called this "phony" company and they couldn't tell me what it was for, just that it was for my "account". I told them I did not have an account and they just kept telling me I authorized it when I ordered the "free" acai berry sample. This is a total rip-off!!

Same as all of the other complaints - I ordered what was to be a free sample of asiee berry supplements for 3.95 they came about three weeks late and then a charge for 29.95 was on my card as well. I'll have it removed as I've agreed to no such thing but geez man. How in the world do these jerks get away with that? I'd never order anything from them again and from the looks of all the dis-satisified folks nobody else will either. Hope they don't get out without a lengthy lawsuit though.

Charging on my bank acct for I don't know what for the amount of 29.95. I want this credited to my acct and put through a complaint about this company.
