Charge false fees
They lie cheat and betray there customers. They do not appreciate the customers what so ever. They have been in trouble with the SEC and had to go private from being a publicly traded company to avoid the consequences of what a publicly traded company would have been disciplined for all of the infractions they had. They are the most fraud prone bank in MO they have poor security measures to assure your financial information is secured.
