I have been charged $49.95 and $9.95 per month since September 2006 for something I never ordered or received. I have tried to dispute the charges with my credit card as well as the so called "merchant", but was told by both that I am basically "beat" for the money. I did not purchase anything, nor did I receive anything yet I am required to pay more than $300.00 to this "company". Another thing I find suspicious is the fact that they use several different names to bill: FASTAUCTION.COM, PMFASTAUCTION, MYSEOGUIDENET, PMSEOGUIDENET, SEARCH ENGINE LEARNING...

Can anyone offer any advice?

This happens to be a trend for these people. don't know what the next step should be. Can we sue for them debiting our accounts for money they were not authorized to?I intend to pursue this to the fullest. I cannot believe this "company" can get away with this!!
