I've purchased the "Facilitating PMP Certification" CD set from this company via internet payment Paypal recently on 15 Oct 08. Upon reception of parcel, I found out that the main CD which contain the PMP course was missing. Have tried to contact the Microverse via mail and phone over 5 occasions, however, they refuse to reply.
My last resort was to turn to PayPal to resolve the dispute. However, PayPal didn't accept my claim and informed that they were not in position to help as I did receive the parcel and the missing CD is not their problem.
As international buyer from Singapore, I'm very disappointed with Microverse Automation Inc & PayPal. I condemn their practice. Let's my ill experience be your reminder.
