I have a complaint about a company called: Evolutionary Prod Inc., 4086 Glencoe Ave., Marina Del Rey, Ca. 90292-5608.
I saw an ad on Television for Rollup Car Covers. I ordered two covers for our vehicles. Upon recite we opened one and found it to be damaged. Without taking the other one out of the box we decided to return the covers for a full refund to my charge account.
The total of the bill was $183.80. The company gave a credit of $134.96, leaving a balance of $48.84 for shipping which I believe I should receive back because the goods were damaged. When I sent the two boxed back to the company, the shipping to send back both was $12.90, compared to their shipping of $48.84.
I called the customer service department on October 7, 2004 and talked to a representative who could not help me. She said she would have a Supervisor call me back within 48 hours and to this date November 27, 2004 I haven't heard from them.
Could you please help me with this?
