I'm always leary about making purchases online from company's I know nothing about who are offering branded products at a price that is substantially less than other sellers. After doing some homework on Nutrition Services, a Canadian-based company, and reading several positive reviews supposedly left by customers of theirs, on various web sites I came across in my quest for information, I placed an order online through their website at www.energyreload.net for some nutritional supplements to the tune of about $60. Within a few minutes of placing the order, I received a confirmation in my email. The next day I received another email informing me that my order has shipped and providing me with tracking information. All seemed fine and dandy, however more than 3 weeks later, having not received the product nor any further emails from Nutrition Services, I decide to check the tracking information to see if there were any updates in the status of my order. To my surprise, their web site is gone. Apparently the positive reviews I read were bogus and Nutrition Services stole my money. Since they are not located in the United States, there's little or no recourse. STEER CLEAR! :(
