Scam!!! Charging monthly after cancellation within "30 day free trial"

I was offered "30 days free trial" from FreeShipping.com after purchasing a cake online. I canceled the trial after 27 days and got a confirmation email from FreeShipping.com. But still was charged monthly for $14.95 from Encore marketing. Trying to contact the company, still no luck yet.
