unauthorized billing
they posted a free trial for emusic and i canceled it 3-4 days before the free trial expired, i have never used it. they asked for a card number and i gave it to them with citicard, now they are illegally charging me $95.90, when i had already canceled it long time ago. this is just a scam and i would like to have my money put back into my citicard or sent have it sent back to me in cash so that i can put it back into my account. if i have to, i will call the BBB and have them check this out. i will be waitng for an answer. i will give you 24 hrs. for an answer and money back.

emusic download rip-off
I got my child a $20 MP3 player for Christmas. This "inexpensive" little stocking stuffer has turned out to be an emusic money pit. Before we could download any of the "50 Free Downloads, " I was required to give my credit card information 'to verify" that I was who I said I was. Beleive me, emusic is not who they say they are...they're deceiptful theaves!
Now, they're charging me $9.95/month. I have tried to contact these scammers over the phone and via the Web site but have been unsuccessful. When I call the phone number appearing on my bank statement, there is a recorded message only, indicating that if I want to cancel my emusic account, I must either send an e-mail or cancel on the Web site. Every time I have attempted to logon the Web site by entering my e-mail address, I receive a message that indicates they do not have my e-mail address on file. However, they have done a great job keeping up with my credit card info and charging my banckcard $9.95 every month. Emusic is anything but "free." What a rip-off!

subscription
I never subscribed to this service and have tried everything to unsubscribe but just get shipped around to other sites. I do not understand how you can let them do business on your service after all the complaints I've read.

Unauthorized charges!
I signed up for the free trial in October 2007 and canceled almost immediately. They have been charging my credit card $9.99 for 6 months, despite my efforts to cancel my account. I have sent them several emails requesting to cancel and got a response from someone named Alyssa stating that there is no record of my account ever existing. If my account never existed, then how/why are they still charging my credit card...

Unlawful fees!
I paid $14.99 for 65 music downloads as purchased from Circuit City. NONE of the literature provided said I would be charged $9.99 a month. According to the instructions when I signed up, my credit card information was ONLY if I wanted a monthly subscription, which I never authorized nor agreed to enroll.
I just realized I have been billed almost $210 dollars - $9.99 per month for the last two years.

Unauthorized charges!
Signed up for a "free" trial. Realized this site had nothing to offer and canceled the same day. Now there is a $9.99 charge on my credit card. I am in the process of trying to get a refund, but I am not hopeful. Stay away from this company.

Scam and fraud!
I signed up, tried the service, found it too buggy and canceled within 24 hours. Then I see they've charged my Amex and will not respond to my e-mail.
Beware people!
