I created copy for one of Mr. Belmont's websites, and he has yet to pay me. I have made several requests, and he has given me several excuses, including "The Check is in the Mail", & "PayPal is giving me problems." I had agreed to a 10% commission from every sale he made, which was $70.00 per sale. After the first sale, he never paid me the commission.

I was also ghostwriting a book for him, and he has never signed a contract, citing the excuse of wanting to get one from the publisher. I had told him he could put in a clause that the current contract would expire once deal was reached and signed with a publisher. Needless to say, since he refused to sign the contract, I copyrighted what I had written, and have decided to work on the book on my own.
