Elite Air Care came and serviced my air ducts on 7/27. I called them with a coupon offer I recieved in the monthly mail for $59.95 for the service. They didnt even touch the dryer (yet it was checked off as being serviced on the invoice) or go onto the roof where the air comditioning/heating unit is. Once I told them it was on the roof he seemed disinterested. They constantly tried to upsell additional products and services and became pushy when I declined. I did order an air filter which they were supposed to install that day, but apparently did not have the correct one in stock. So they said they would order one for me, they took the measurements and a few days later I got the vent. Attempted to install but filter still did not fit. After multiple phone calls I finally got a filter elsewhere and then when I called again and told them I wanted a refund they did not want to be cooperative. I will now be taking them to small claims court to get my money back. This is a horrible business. Bad customer service, bad presentation in general, their employees are pushy and dont do their job correctly.
