Sorry to tell you this, but in addition to taking over 4 weeks to get
here, the headset that your company sent me is not what I ordered. I
need the headset described in the ad, with a USB jack. You sent me one
with two mike jacks. The one you sent me is a cheap, throw-away unit,
the kind they sell in airplanes for $1. I have since bought the
headset I needed at a local store, so can you refund my money please?
If you want the unit you sent back send me the postage, it's
ridiculous to attach enough value to it for me to pay postage to Hong
Kong. I hope this isn't a rip-off because I will post my complaint
online if you fail to return my money.
