Unauthorized charges to my credit card
I made a couple of purchases from ProFlowers over the holidays. Now I am getting $14.95 charge each month on my credit card from Easy Saver. Can you help me cancel this?

UNAUTORIZED-DEBIT(CHECK CARD
I have been billed by EASY SAVER REWARDS FOR $14.95 per month since making a purchase on Proflowers.com. and I like many others inadvertenty signed up for their bogus services while placing my order withProflowers. They claim I requested to be member after placing a order with Proflowers.com. This is not true. I will not ever place another order through Proflowers again as obviously, they have received complaints from other customers about, EASYSAVERREWARDS!

cancel.myeasysaver.com
I became involved with Easy Saver as a result of looking into a foreclosure agency to buy a home. After receiving the packet from Easy Saver (and paying $30 for a service i did not ask for or want) I looked Easy Saver up on the Better Business Bureau website. This company received an F grade from the BBB for being unresponsive to customer complaints. I immediately dialed the number to cancel Easy Saver, which told me I could also cancel online at cancel.myeasysaver.com. I thought it was eerie that the URL included no @, so I looked it up and it does not exist! DO NOT spend any money on this company or its services. It is a scam tied to other companies. Do Not let them fool you.

unwanted membership
I read many complaints on this web-site about proflowers/ Easysaver. I happened to be another victim of that scam. I just filed a complaint at FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
and I would like to encourage anyone else who fell into the same trap to do the same. only like this we can stop them from going any farther.

charges on account
I recently found a transaction again on my account for 1.95 this time I politely called the company and had the charges removed. they were nice and provided in detail when you buy anything on the internet like free trials and you enter you r card number they willintercept it with a pop-up page with a free whatever and you'll will be charged for processing free whatever. I don'tknow how that can be legal to intercept card numbers from a trusted site.

Unauthorized Charges
I just found out I am also being scammed by this ridiculous "company" Easy Saver. I went to go close out an old account i havent used in a year and found out there were four charges on it from Easy Saver PA for $14.95 each. I called up easy saver and screamed at them and they agreed to cancel my "subscription" and debit me back one charge. I will be going to my bank and requesting the other three be debited back as well. Easy Saver told me that you do not need to enter any credit card information, that just by clicking on the ad you get automatically signed up and they use your ProFlowers.com information. I am filing a complaint with both companies and filing whatever forms are necessary to my bank. This is ridiculous especially over the holiday season when everybody cannot afford to lose any money to being with. I will never again order from ProFlowers because they are associated with this company which I'm sure they are receiving some sort of payment from. I would advise everyone to never order from ProFlowers again. There are many other sites to order from or just go to your local florist. Whatever savings they have on ProFLowers are not woth this kind of aggravation a week before Christmas. Feel free to e-mail me with simmilar stories - I am extremly angry

Unauthorized charges
I did not sign up for either easy saver or american leisure, and I'm not even sure what they are. I haven't received any magazines or subscriptions with these names. The company has been charging me $16.95 a month for easy saver, and $16.95 a month for american leisure. When I call the 800 number I am told to go to their web site to cancel. I cannot find anything under that name for cancellation.

Unauthorized charges
Between the months of May-August this company EasySaver/American Leisure (unknown to me) somehow obtained my checking account/ATM debit card number and was billing me $16.95 monthly. I did not notice until August and IMMEDIATELY contacted my bank to report this fraud. I have never heard of this company, never purchased anything from this company, never joined anything, etc. And was not sure how long they had been stealing from my bank account, to find out it had been four months (May-August)
I called the toll-free 800 number included in the line item of my bank statement. The pre-recorded greeting says 'if you are calling to cancel your membership (which I NEVER had) to go to 'cancelmyeasysaver.com' (strangely it specifically instructed you NOT to use www. before the web address) after holding for more than 30 minutes to 'speak to a representative' I did as instructed 'cancelmyeasysaver.com' this is where I got a list of links about consumer ripoff reports of EasySaver and/or American Leisure.
I also IMMEDIATELY canceled my ATM/debit card and had a new one re-issued.
Reading other very similar consumer complaints it is clear this is FRAUD and I hope the Better Business Bureau is investigating this activity.

took money without authorization
Same as everyone else. Easysaver started billing me $14.95 a month without my knowledge after a pro flowers transaction. The total has gotten up to $96.00 and they billed me 3 times in 1 month. That was their downfall, or else I would still be paying them. At first they would not take responsibility and offered to cancel my account. After a long time on the phone a supervisor said she would refund the money within 7 to 10 business days. I still don't trust them and they insist that I signed up for their stupid service, which I never would have. I don't use that kind of hotel and diner discount coupons or whatever it is unless it is through AAA. I recomend that anyone who used Pro Flowers should check their bank and or credit card accounts. I am not finished with them yet, I think they should pay everyone a penalty for Stealing money or the owners should get time in jail!
