I ordered from proflowers and they have been tagging me for $14.95 a month since. Tere might be some thing associated with free shipping and a trial membership. I remember reading the fine print and not going with the free shipping because of it. That did not stop them from enrolling me. I didn't notice the charge for 4 months. I archive ALL my e-mail, even junk mail, and there is not one e-mail from easysaver. I am paying for a service that I can't even access.

Two months ago I ordered flowers through ProFlowers.com and somehow I also "signed up" for EasySaver. However, I did not sign up for Easy Saver. I vaguly remember reading their pitch and choosing to not sign up for them. I found out just last night that I since have been charged 3 times by them. The first charge was for $1.95 (my sign up fee??) and the two following charges were for $14.95 each. I looked through my emails and found one from them that I had assumed was junk mail (since I did not signup for their "deal"). In it they welcome me and say how I can save money and all that but they say NOTHING of the coming monthly fees. So, even if I had stopped to read apparent junk mail there was no indication in it of monthly charges. Since then I have not received any emails from them. No "statements" to indicate that they are milking my account. No receipts.

Anyway, I see from this website I am not the only person who accidently signed on to be billed monthly. For now I am disputing the charges through my bank and I cancelled the card altogether. I have no desire to call EasySaver and sit on hold for however long and have them pitch me any solution other than a refund. I did however call ProFlowers and submitted a complaint to them for handing out credit card numbers to EasySaver and for working with EasySaver at all. If you Google "EasySaver" it is rather obvious they are low on ethics. ProFlowers must be aware of this?

From now on I will be very, very careful, and I'll NEVER order with ProFlowers again. If you are dealing with the same thing go to your bank first and treat EasySaver like the criminals they are. Don't give them the honor of treating them like a legit company by calling them to get your money refunded.

I just opened my creditcard bill and there was a 14.95 charge that I did not authorize and I want it removed

I never gave authorization for this company to charge me for their services. I don't even know what they do???? I want my money back. I slacked for two months and now they milked me for 25.00 total dollars. What services do they provide??

I noticed today that easysaver has taken out $19.80 out of my checking account. I cancelled this service about 2 months ago. I want the money put back in my account immediately. I never autorized them to use my debit card for anything. Thank You.
