took money
listen u need to stop trying to take money out of my account it has been closed due to u frauding my account u now have cost me 600.00 in overdraft fees i would like for u to send me my money in a money order to take caqre of m account i didnt give u permisson to take money out of my acount so stop please send my money order to 6536 se 145th st summerfield fl 34491

Unauthorized Money Withdrawel
I went online applying for payday advances. I received a call from these people saying I had been approved for a payday advance but it was necessary for me to purchase this membership first. I declined to accept the membership and the payday advance two days later this company took money from my account causing me to have a negative balance. I have been trying to contact them but no one from the company is available only there operating service. Needless to say I never received a payday advance from the either they accepted me declining that part but withdrew money from my aacount. How the HELL does banks allow transactions to go through if there is no money in the account? They wouldn't allow this to happen if I went to try and withdraw cash that wasn't available! They are all about making money from doing a NSF fee!

Charging me money
I was charged 99 $ out of my account and I have never heard of this company, I didnt get any service or product from this company . I was also charged a insufficiant funds fee of 27$ from my bank because there wasnt enogh money in the account. I want my money back or I will be contacting the better business bureau.

unauthorized withdraw
E PLATINUM WAS GIVEN MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION IN ORDER FOR A DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT UPON APPROVAL OF A LOAN I HAD APPLIED FOR. I DID NOT GIVE AUTHORIZATION FOR REMOVAL OF FUNDS NOR DID I AGREE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING? I WANT A REFUND OF MY $99 OR I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION AND REPORTING YOUR COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
