False advertisement ,fraud
Clearly advertised an item and delivered a cheap childish arrangement nowhere near the value of the product I purchased online.

HORRIBLE, SHADY SERVICE
I ordered a $99 arrangement of flowers after upgrading to their "large-super fancy" category. I added on 6 balloons, a box of chocolate, a "fancy card and upgraded the vase. When the delivery came for my co-worker, she was no longer available as they decided to deliver to an office at 7:00pm. I stuck around to wait for the delivery and was VERY irritated to say the least. They sent a bunch of roses stuck in a vase that looked like it was picked up from a garage sale for $0.25 the weekend before. The box of chocolates had EASTER printing on it (EASTER WAS TWO WEEKS AGO) and the 10 year old "fancy card" had water damage not to mention the grammar of whomever wrote it was literally illegible.

When I called the company, at first I was put on hold. I hung up after holding approx. 10 min. and called back, where I was put on hold again. After 45 minutes of calling back and them hanging up on me, I finally succeeded in having a conversation with one of their ever so pleasant representatives (who declined to give her name when she was asked). After the hold on game was played for another 10 minutes, this "representative" said that they would have to investigate the matter further. She was aware that I was not disputing the entire purchase, but rather the $25 vase $25 box of old chocolate and the $7 "fancy card". The flowers were limp and dying the next day, AND I WASN'T EVEN DISPUTING THEM.

At this point, I was looking at my credit card activity online as I was sure I was going to have to contact the bank to resolve this nightmare. When I looked at the amount charged it was $243 instead of the $210 that I was invoiced. The stupid bitch on the phone referred me back to their web page where she says it so clearly states that they are in CANADA and all currency has to be converted. Yeah... very clear??

I am telling everyone I know not to do any sort of business with this shady little company ran with a 1 man office somewhere in Canada. I will continue to fight the charge with my bank. My thoughts are they have quite a few other clients that are in the process of doing the very same thing!

no product ever delivered
I placed an order to be delivered to a funeral home the next day. I received an email confirming my order and the payment was fully processed - though it was different/greater than the amount on the final invoice. However, the next day I still had not received notification of delivery. I called the 888 number to inquire and was placed on hold 3 times in one call. The last person I spoke with said "we don't deliver on that road" and said nothing else. I asked if I would be refunded immediately and the person said that "it should be refunded within 2 - 3 business days". My payment was accepted, no one bothered to inform me that the order could not be delivered - if that is actually the case - and that is the big guarantee at the top of their website. Very poor customer service on the phone and utterly unacceptable business practice - taking money and not rendering guaranteed service. I wonder if this company ever actually delivers anything as promised. I will not utilize them in the future.

What was purchased was not what was delivered
I ordered a holly basket from them as they advertised that they delivered from local Montreal florists. What was delivered was snapdragons with pine cones and red ball. Not at all what I had ordered or even an acceptable substitute. Also did not find out till after the fact that they charged in USD. My first incling was went I went to the receipt to read about substitutions and found the currency down at the bottom. Why advertise as a local Montreal florist and then charge in USD. After all that I went looking for a phone number on the website and could not even find the same ad so I knew there was something up. Also found this site with the number of complaints. Wish I had found it first as I have yet to see what they charged my Visa it was supposed to be 60.00 guess I can count on about 75.00. Dont suppose I will get any where on the 1-800 given what I read here.

floral delivery
I ordered a gift basket to be delivered the next day, they sent me an email saying there was a problem with my credit card, I then went online and cancelled the first order and reordered the basket using another card. They ended up sending the basket to me (the sender), I informed the florist this was a mistake and they took the basket back. When I called the company to have the basket resent, they refused to acknowledge their mistake, so the recipient never recieved a basket and to top if off when I called the credit card company to dispute the charge I discovered that the amount they billed me on my statement was not the same as the amount that was billed to my credit card, the charge was higher. I wish I had read all the other complaints against this company, I would never have dealt with them.

overcharged, late arrival, & incorrect product
I paid $10 extra for same-day delivery. The flowers arrived two days later than the approximated delivery date. The delivery agency put someone elses name on the card, so the recipient didn't know who they were from. I was invoiced for $47 but my credit card was actually charged $53, plus a foreign transaction fee, because unbeknownst to me this "company" is outside the USA. At no point during the transaction was that ever clear. They list the prices and final transaction in USD, but because the transaction is routed through British Columbia there are "additional charges" which were not initially disclosed.

I have been on the phone with someone there for about an hour and getting absolutely nowhere. When asked about a refund she keeps responding with "We can't do that." When I ask to speak with the person who won't authorize a refund she puts me on hold for long periods of time. I've tried explaining that they cannot legally ignore formal complaints, but she doesn't seem to be getting that. I suppose I will try taking it up with my bank.

Credit card fraud
I ordered a plant online to be delivered the next day. At about noon the next day, I received an email stating the the order could not be delivered due to a problem with the credit card information. After finally getting through to them, they said that I had given them an incorrect expiration date, and they supposedly ran the order through again. Then, they said the order still wouldn't go through because the bank had put a hold on the card. They suggested I contact the bank and informed me the order could not be delivered for another day. I told them to cancel the order. My wife called the bank and we were informed that no company had tried to run an order though, meaning that e-Florist-Inc was lying to us. She left info about the company with the bank, and we will closely monitor its online use. I'm curious - has anyone ever received an order on time and at cost from this company?

Flower delivery
Flowers did not arrive on the date - order was placed in the proper amount of time. Customer service was rude and basically said "tough luck". I asked to cancel the order and she said "We cannot do that."

I would avoid this company.

never delivered and over charged
I wish I had read the complaints on the website before I ordered flowers from this site. Not only were my flowers NOT delivered, everytime I call their phone number to speak to a customer service representative no one answers, and I was overcharged for my flowers. I went on the better business bureau's website and they have had over 30 complaints for the same exact reasons within the last year alone. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

The flowers were never delivered!
I ordered flowers for a funeral in Dallas on 13 July for a total price of US$132.17, and received a confirmation that the spray would be delivered the same day, order I 384405. The flowers were never delivered, and my credit card in UK was debited with over £76, a ridiculous rate of exchange. The email address given on the site will not receive emails, which are returned as undeliverable. The complaint made by telephone has produced no reply or action until now, 24 July.
