				Fraud

On completing our annual accounts we note a £54.99 payment in our Company credit card in July 2009 to DRI*Symantic which we do not recognise. Having checked this Company on the Internet we have read of other similar experiences and complaints. It would appear from these complaints that this payment is linked to Norton Internet Security.

We had no notification from Norton that this payment was required and no explanation what this payment is for. This Company appears to be based in Luxembourg. This is totally dishonest and having already been disatisfied with Norton our contracvt with them will not be renewed. We will also be reporting this to our bank.

MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR TWO ITEMS I DID NOT ORDER NOR DO I KNOW WHAT THET ARE. ONE FOR THE AMOUNT OF 39.00 AND THE OTHER FOR 74.99. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY THAT GET YOUR NUMBER FROM SOMEWHERE, I CALLING THEM AND THET CLAIMED TO HAVE NO RECORD. PUT ME ON HOLD WITHMUSIC FOR TWO HOURS. I DON'T THINK THEY MEANT TO ANSWER. WHAT CAN WE DO IF THE INTERNET ALLOWS THIS TO STAY ONLINE. WHEN YOU PULL UP MYORD.COM/SYM MN US THERE IS NO COMPANY . JUST COMPLAINTS.

				Double Billing

I thought I my was ordering my Norton Annual Renewal sevice. I was billed on my February VISA for $44.99 by DRI*Symantic, and then again in March by Norton*Annual Renewal for $44.99 which I wanted. DRI*Symantic somehow misrepresented themselves and I thought they were a part of NORTON Annual Renewal. I would like a credit to my VISA Bill by DRI*Symantic. How can that be arranged?
