I am unable by phone (minimum wait on the help line and cannot speak with a live body) to cancell this service. Being a novice on the computer when I was notified the Norton was expiring I thought I had to signup. I did not realize that I have security with AOL.

I wish to cancell this service ASAP. I initiated this service in February via my credit card. The actual date of a partial install was 02/18//08. If this is not the correct channel to cancell - please advise how to do it.

PS I never completed the inital install - after downloading for 2.5 hrs. I quit and never completed.
