I have a child, 4yrs old and I've noticed in basically all of your programming that minorities be it Black, Latino, Asian, Middle Eastern are scarely represented in your movies and especially your TV channel. I don't see any programming that shows much representation of minorities on your channel.

Given the fact that the racial makeup of the United States is shifting and will be very different in 10yrs, I'm surprised at the relatively weak response by Disney to include minority males and females equally in your programming.

Many groups and blogs have stated this over the internet, yet Disney is very slow to respond and create some balance of real like in many places in America.

I am hoping this company begins to shift to a more fair representation of diverse ethnic groups and genders.
