I ordered personalized stadium cups. They sent an email saying they couldn't use the OSU logo which was fine, I instructed them to use just name on both sides. They never contacted me back, never produced the product and the day of my event they sent an email saying they canceled the order. When you have a special party event there isn't time to personally follow up yourself other than the emails so I would have had to make repeated calls to them to check up on their work which they didn't do, nor did they have the courtesy to tell they weren't going to do it.
