Last year I cancelled the football channel (something to do with full access or something or another I was talked into). They gave me a tiny credit (not the amount I was promised on the telephone). It was eventually cancelled. I requested that they NEVER PUT ME BACK ON A CHANNEL UNLESS I REQUEST IT. I was told about the AUTO RENEWAL and was advised that I WOULD BE TAKEN OFF THAT LIST. Guess what? I wasn't, it was added & now they won't remove it. They have claimed I have never called. I HAVE CALLED THREE MONTHS IN A ROW. AND I WAS PROMISED TWO OF THOSE THREE TIMES THAT IT WOULD BE REMOVED AND A CREDIT ISSUED. I WAS GIVEN THE CREDIT AMOUNT & A PROMISE THAT AN ADDITIONAL $5 PER MONTH WOULD BE GIVEN FOR 6 MONTHS TO COVER THE SALES & OTHER TAXES I HAD PAID. Guess what? once again they claim I never called & that NO CREDIT WOULD BE GIVEN. A supervisor confirmed it tonight. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF & I BELIEVE THEIR PRACTICES CONSTITUES UNFAIR PRACTICES. DOES ANYONE WANT TO JOIN TOGETHER FOR A COMBINED LAWSUIT OVER THIS? TOGETHER WE STAND, WE CAN WIN. THEY THINK THEY HAVE US OVER A BARREL BUT NOT ME. I AM GOING TO FIGHT THEM.
