I purchased an 8GB iPOd Nano from www.diggingshop.com/hangzou on 11/10/11. After paying by credit card I received this around 3 weeks later. It plays ok but I deceided to sell it on ebay as I had a good MP3 in my phone. I sold, mailed and unfortunately received back as the buyer informed me it was a fake. Embarrassing, YES!!! Thankfully the buyer was really good about it but unfortunately I am out of the timeframe for claiming back on my credit card. Please do not buy from this Chinese company. Also beware of www.koseerinm.info and www.ipodnanomp3uk.com as the are practically identical sites to diggingshop.com. They are totally corrupt and I would hate to hear of anyone else being ripped off...

We started out on what looked like a very authentic UGG website and completed an on line order for what turned out to be counterfeit boots. Horrible product and packaging. And a billing slip in Chinese. Be careful ordering UGG boots on line.

My daughter did a google search for UGG Australia online retailers, thinking that we had found the real site, we each picked out two pairs of boots, so a total of four pairs of boots, costing over $500.00 Canadian, went through all of the online ordering process, nothing fishy, everything went well. Until we realized we had not received a confirmation email, my daughter had wrote down the order number from the confirmation page after our order went through, that was the only way we could even track our order through EMS. This was giving me a bit of an uneasy feeling, and our order kept saying processing, processing, days went by, and my credit card bill came before the package of UGG boots, my credit card had been charged immediately, the day we ordered the boots, and I told my daughter something was wrong because usually you are not charged until it is processed, anyway we continued waiting patiently for our boot parcel. I was so excited the morning the parcel came, opened the box, and there are only three pairs of boots, the most expensive pair was missing from the order. I went back on the site we ordered from, called the customer service number, it was a bogus telephone number, all I heard on the other end was squealling, tried the online chat, nothing came up. I have emailed them numberous times, and have not gotten any response, but now after finding this site I know why. I did find the real UGG website and they warn people on their site of fraudulent online UGG retailers, I sure wish we had found the real site to begin with.
