Poor Sales Practices

I showed up for an appointment set weeks in advance and the sales rep was not there. The Sales Mgr paired me with a new sales person who didn't even know the vehicles. After a test drive I was given a form explaining privacy policies invoked after a test drive - many of the marketing issues could NOT be opted out. Beginning the following day I began getting spam to my cell and it has continued since.

I would rather deal with a phone rep in India than go back to this dealer.

No Money Down Purchase

DON'T LET DICK HANNAH LURE YOU INTO BUYING A NEW CAR WITH ZERO DOWN!! You will get a higher interest rate (mine was through Mitsubishi Motors) and the Saleman will tell you to pay on the car during the year and just get it refinanced and everything will work out. Your car won't get refinanced because as soon as you drive off with your new car it isn't worth the same and no one will refinance it as you owe more than it's worth. Just DON'T DO IT!
