Terrible delivery service!

My 3 week experience of a DHL delivery and I still haven't got it!!

1. Tracked as incomplete address

2. Don't respond when I ask to clarify what incomplete address means

3. Is returned to sender

4. No new tracking number when asked to redeliver

5. Ring PC World to find out tracked as incomplete address again

6. Give details of very obvious central London landmark I live near

7. Returned to sender again

8. No phone call to rearrange request to delivery to close store instead

9. Recieve two tried to deliver notices (one dated the day before despite no mail that day)

The delivery person never bothered to come and marked my package undeliverable. I know he didn't come because I was at home all day waiting. I didn't shower and waited doing h/w. If I had missed it he would have left a note and brought it to our rental office because they sign for packages. The SOB just never came!!! I can't believe I paid for overnight service on a document that will cause me to lose my job and they just simply didn't come. Don't SHIP DHL or you will not receive your package.
