This is the first time I had to wait a long time for a pelvic sonogram. The lady who attended me told me to drink two bottles of water. As soon as I was prepared for the exam (other words, my bladder was full), she was going to let me in. I followed her instructions. I drank two bottle of water, I was full, and I told her.

After I told the lady that by bladder was full, I had to wait one hour and a half (more or less) until somebody calls me to do the sonogram. By that time, I had to go to the bathroom.

It is unfortunate that people do not respect other's needs. I told a nurse what I had to do, and she upbraided me for not following the instructions and that I should drink more water. Obviously I pointed out to the situation that I had to wait a long time for the test. She did not care. In fact, she found a lot of excuses for the long waiting time. She told me that I had to go back to the waiting room.

At the end, I requested my medical order back. I lost my time. But, I do not want other people to have the same experience. So, if your doctor gives you a medical order to a pelvic sonogram, DO NOT GO TO CT RADIOLOGY IN BAYAMON. You will waste your valuable time.
