Please assist as i have concern with my Bodycorporate. I have been living at Villa Mia for more than 12 years. I have my flat on sale for the past 3 years. Many approved buyers have made offers but the banks dont want to give the bond because of the Bodycorporate being in arrears all the time. I believe that the bodycorporate is screwing us over. Each owner has been billed R8500.00 a special levy to paint the entire complex. I think that this is dailight robbery. Everytime i call the body corporate, there is nobody there that can really help. like the time i called to request for my parking bay number. I was told that i need to speak to a trustee which they could not provide the number for. I find that very irritating. We are also paying for security which is a complete waste of time. The security is a bunch of lazy asses who just cause unecessary traffic during peek hour. The security is never around if my neighbour is playing their music loud or having parties. I need some investigation to be done with Cripton because it cant take 12 years for them to be in arrears. When is it going to stop.
