I'am being chargedd for this NETFLIX.COM/CC NETFLIX.COM CA
THE AMOUNT I'M BEING CHARGED IS $ 9.87 EVERY MONTH MIND YOU NOT ONCE HAVE I SIGNED UP FOR THIS . AS FOR AS MOVIES I DO NOT GET MY MOVIES FROM THEM NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL.
CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT FOR AS LONG AS I'VE HAD THIS CARD!!!

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I CANCELED THIS CARD A YEAR AGO AND JUST RECIVED A BILL FOR 8.25 ANNUAL FEE ALSO SAYING IF I DON'T PAY I WILL RECEIVE A 35.00 LATE FEE. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHANSING A NEW HOME AND DO NOT WANT THIS TO SHOW UP ON OUR CREDIT REPORT AND NON PAYMENT. I REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SUGGEST YOU ALL REPOT THEM TOO. MAYBE IF A ENOUGH COMPLAINTS ARE RECEIVED SOMETHING CAN BE DONE. THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING OFF ALOT OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE. PLEASE GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE AND SUBMIT A COMPLAINT ON THIS COMPANY.

high interest , wont negotiate fee
Be afraid, be very afraid. OK, exaggeration... just be cautious. Thankfully, I am employed and in a position to pay these folks off completely. I have sent my last 9 $ to them by certified mail in fact, today !! why you ask ? Just got done calling about a nickel of interest. Ok, that is not bad at all . I agree but a nickel on an 8 dollar balance and... the 8 dollars is a membership fee.
So I offer to pay the ENTIRE membership in advance, yearly, as I do on my American Express card. NOPE . Creditone does not wish to do that.
Then I get to reading more. Remember, that 5 cent interest ... ??? I am a programmer and it turns out they try to tell me that their computer cant calculate such a small amount and the MINUMUM monthly interest on my 8 buck balance is going to be an "ADDED ONE DOLLAR".
Sorry Charlie, account closed at my request and paid in full. no more games with you. And my credit utilization score at FICO is not affected as I have enough other credit cards to be ok. Dolts, blockheads... dont try to pull that one me.

THis company is a complete joke on my tab. i had this cardfor 3 years paying the BS monthly and the 6 dollars Credit protection for three years and i got laid of and i owed them 83 dollars i continued to pay them for a few months the i noticed i had the credit protection so i used it and then they denied me and said that i should have claimed it in the first 30 days, , Come on people i was laid off and i still paid ur bill then u deni me protection becuase i paid u instead useing the money elsewhere basiclly stay away from the loop company i wish the american people just had more say so before the get phucked ...we need a civil war on creddit companies maybe if everyone just stopped payin them then they will realize who is in charge when they are inj unemployment lines ...

Scamming Criminals
I have had a card with CreditOne for about two years (it was my first and only card), and I have never been happy that they charge 7.95 to make an online payment. However, with the new law that limits fees, CreditOne has developed a two-option system: either pay $10 to have your payment clear now, or wait 8 days (with the check draft already pulled from your bank account) for it to go through. Here is the most ridiculous part: my account summary tells me I have a $290 balance and a $475 limit, yet somehow I am over my limit by $19, which I will be charged for. This is an absolute scam. I tried to call customer service and they won't even put me on hold due to the "unusually high volume of callers". Stay away from this company, even if you are desperate for a card! It is virtually impossible to cancel your service, and you will be stuck in a perpetual fee cycle, even if you make your payments on time. See my screenshot image for CreditOne's shady math.

Consumer beware
I thought this credit card will help my credit. I was very wrong. They lie about everything. Before...I agree...they guarantee me no adding fees also if I lost my job..it will cover my card. Well...I was wrong. I lost my job on 11/08. I contact them, they said it was set. Then turn around charge me outrages fee. So, Just recently(02/21/08) I had my boyfriend call them, they agree payoff and cancel my card. Now...they won't accept it!
I filed the complaint to BBB...TODAY!!!

Fradulent billing
I had submitted for a credit card from this company (CreditOne Bank). When I received the card via the mail, I called to activate the card, the company representive told me that there was an annual fee for this card. I told the rep to cansel. (I was never informed of any annual fees when I submitted). Today, I have received two mailings from CreditOne Bank:
1. Acknowledgement of card cansellation.
2. A billing statement: "ENROLL FEE*FINANCE CHRG* LAS VEGAS, NV 11a1201200974SHY752 - $69.00"
and "ANNUAL FEE 02/09 THROUGH 02/09 - $5.75"
TOTAL CHARGES: 74.75
I will be submitting a copy of this complaint, concerning this fradulent action by this fradulent bank to the Better Business Bureau for their involvement. I would encourage anyone having problems with this company to write to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for Las Vegas, Nevada and to the BBB for City of Industry in California.

Late charges and unable to cancel card
I had this credit card for over a year. I want to cancel the card but
unable to locate a number other than an automated service which directs you to another number. Also, every time I make a payment they charge me a over the credit fee. I like to stay below my credit limit each, but this fee is consistent. I can never reach a person to discuss this concern. I don't use this card anymore due to the fraudulent transaction and still get charged a late fee. This company should be investigated since a customer service representative is never available. I would like to cancel this card but don't know how. Please help!!!

Bad credit card company
Whatever you do, do not open an account with them!
First of all they charge you for using their card, and its not one time fee thing, it’s about $ 5.00 every month. Then they charge you for paying your bill on line $7.00 dollars to be exact. First of all its 2008 EVERYONE pays their bills on line, apparently not this one though! Then they charge you about $5.00 for cash in advance, which I don’t ever use.
After I started paying close attention to my charges I realized I pay about $17.00 dollars a month for no apparent reason, $17.00 x 12 months is about $204.00 dollars a year. And just last week, they pulled this one on me: they charged me $37.00 because “my bank said that I have insufficient funds to approve my payment which was $20.00” I was stunned because I had more than enough funds to cover that payment. So I contacted Credit One again, and they told me just fax your bank statement and we’ll take care of it, our apologies! Two days ago I received a letter from their Customer Service stating that they are not going to take that charge off. At that point I said that I had enough with them. I’m going to report this credit card company to Better Business Bureau and Comptroller of the Currency.

Poor Service and high interest rates
This has to be one of the worse choices i made in trying to establishing my credit through this so-called credit card company. Creditone bank truely sucks and iam cutting this piece of crap up and sending it back to them! This company is by far the worse in customer service and the ridiculously high interest rates and so-called service charges are just a lame excused to up there profits (crooks). Anyone reading this if you are thinking about getting a credit card pleassssse be patient ...DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT give in to the temptation (its not worth the headache). There is absolutely no advantage to "YOU" the customer by adding this to your debt! NONE.
