They have fraudulently run my credit card twice after they clearly state that they will not do this
First, this company has offices in Cyprus and in Canada... not crimes. However, when you advertise that (and this is a quote) 'Your credit card WILL NOT be charged during the FREE trial period. However, a refundable ONE DOLLAR activation fee will be made because valid credit card information is required...' and then not only do you NOT charge the one dollar, but you make TWO successive charges to the account, one for $2.95 and one for $29.95... then I have a problem. I placed the order for my FREE credit report less than 24 hours ago... there should be NO charges on my credit card except for ONE $1 ping on my account. I should not have over $30 on hold from my account due to these people. NO, as was so cleverly suggested on another 'rebuttal' about this company, I DID NOT sign up for anything except the FREE credit report. YES, they tried to get me to sign up for their 'credit monitoring service' but I declined each of those offers. Plus, what part of 'Your credit card will not be charged' are people not getting? They have fraudulently run my credit card TWICE after they clearly state that they will NOT do this. So, I call the company and the girl who answers the phone is trying to tell me that my card has not been charged. Yeah, I GET that, Einstein... it is a 'pending' charge... but it is ONLY $32 MORE than what it was supposed to be. I canceled my account and called back and spoke with a 'supervisor on staff' who is going to 'look into it'. This is disgusting. And guess what? It is ALL associated with one Kyle Waitley of 'You rent you loose'. He hawks these people's sites about 50 times per email and tells you it will ONLY cost you 'ONE DOLLAR'. Of course, their site tells you the same thing... only $1. Yes, I'm trying to clean up my credit and own a home... you know, the American Dream. Too bad that people like these have to turn it into the American nightmare. When I saw the charges on my account last night late, I shot off an email to good old Kyle... guess what? I haven't heard ANYTHING from him. Nope. Quiet as a church mouse! Yet prior to me ordering this credit report? I was getting 2-3 emails PER DAY from him. Interesting, huh?

Been taking money out of my account. When I went to the website they sent it was gone and the 800 number they listed is disconnected SURPRISE

Unauthorized bank withdraws
I have had 3 charges from Credit Report America in the amounts of $29.95 and $30.85 and $3.04.
I have also had other charges in the amounts of $10.25 and $7.16 from 2 different companies that I did not authorize withdraws. Which I am sure are connected to Credit Report America.
I am out of work at this time and need those funds refunded ASAP.

misleading information
They offer a free trial that is supposed to cost $1.00 but has ended up costing me over $60.00 in fees and another $60.00 in overdraft fees. If you don't unsubscribe within 3 days they start billing you for services that you never ask for. They are preying on a public that is already in bad financial straits by offering these "free" services. People are trying to use these services to help themselves but are being fleeced by a company they think is reputable. They will not give you your money back either.
Credit Report America is not your friend. Stay away from them.

SCAM
I had to "get a credit check" to apply for a job at credit report america...I signed up for the $1.00 fee and have been receiving charges for things that I never signed up for. Which is about $20.00 in extra costs. This is bogus because I never signed up for these! I want to get my money back. What is this world coming to? Seriously!

scam
After applying on Craigslist for an office job I got an e-mail requesting a credit check through Credit Report America so I could be "added to the company insurance" which requires "a credit score of 450 or better". Credit Report America turns out to be a scam as has been documented in numerous internet postings.

over and unauthorized charges
I replied to an ad on Craigs List that said this individual was doing rent to own homes and that he needed my credit score in order to show me the homes he had. He said click this link and they will charge u $1 for your scores and then u will get the $1 back. I siogned up for the site Credit Report America, I ended up with none of my scores as amatter of fact they wanted me to order my credit reports. Anyway when my credit card bill came they had charged me $2.95 instead of $1 and an additional fee of $29.95 as well as $1 here and there adding up to an additional $7. I called them and they treated me like crap insisting that their website explained all in detail(which it did not) and refused to give me any money back.

I was charged for a service that I never requested on my bank account. And I want this taken off and my money put back into my account.

Unauthorized Billing
This company offerred a free credit report with a one time fee of $1.00. I have been charge for something I had never received. Now they are taken money out of my account every month. I do not want this service and I did not see an opt-out potion on the website. I need them to refund my money and stop future charges.
