Copy-R upgraded us to new copier that could

not handle copies per month purchased; copier

had constant repair issues, and eventually we

stopped using copier as it severely disrupted our business; we continued to make payments

with no use of equipment for 2 1/2 years;

Copy-R refused/ignored our requests for replacement/return of copier.
