Tried to cancel immediately after receiving my free trial which cost $5.95. I could not get through with the number at the top, 866-320-oo38, it is inoperable. I sent an email to MyTrialSupport.com explaining that I did not want the product. I assumed I did what I needed to do according to their there terms.

My credit card called and inquired about a $78.84 charge. I shared that this was not authorized.

Tried to call the number at the top again; no success and also sent another email which is supposed to be a live chat. Not so. I discovered another telephone # on the statement 866-320-0038 and was able to get through. This was a joke! The connection was bad and they told me that because I did not cancel within the 15 day period, I would be charged the full price of the free offer. They conviently don't have any record of my email and suggested that I should have looked for a confirmation of the email and since I didn't get one, nothing had been confirmed.

Hopefully, my credit card will straighten this out.

They keep charging my bank account for products not shipped and or recieved

I called customer service because there was a charge for 89.95 on my debit card for product that I have never received...They couldn't find any information on tracking my product therefore i cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund of the 89.95. I would greatly appreciate this to be taken care of. Jacqueline Price

I attempted to cancel 15 days after the order was placed, the service rep was rude and hung up on me. I called back and attempted again. NO answer. This is robbery!!! This company is full of crap, May the need to use their own PRODUCT. THAT LET ME SAY DOES NOT WORK!!!

Terms and conditions are not clear and we were charged for the product. We notified them and cancelled any future products which we were not aware of would continue. This company has other complaints and we also just wanted to register our complaint as the same concerns.
