Can't Cancel
I signed up for free trial of ColnX and didn't know that I had to cancel my membership within 14 days or I would keep receiving the product and be charged for it. I have tried finding a good phone number for the company or website and can't find one. There isn't even a good address on the bottle of ColnX. How do I get them to stop sending me product and stop charging my account???

returned product no refund
I ordered the product and was not satisfied, I returned the product in January 2010 with the promise of a refund. I paid $90.00 for a 30 day supply and it DID NOT work. I have called numerous times with the same response...you will receive your refund within 30 days. I never got it. The last time I called (2 months ago) the person that answered the phone said that the company filed bankruptcy and I would not receive a refund. They suggested filing a complaint with my credit card company expect I paid with my debit card from my checking account (stupid on my part I know). So now I'm out $90.

Promised a refund six months but no refund. Service people are rude or ignore inquires. Misleading business practises. Beware dealing with these people. karen Cahill

Refund
I am trying to get my money bacn (89.95 $) since Oct. 2009. I was on the phone at least 5 times and did send e-mails. They then blocked my e-mail address and the e-mails come back as undeliverable. I switched to my other e-mail address with no success there either.
My question to you all: how can we gather information and give it as a group to the Attorney General to stop this company from further abuse?
Suggestions please. Thanks

Unauthorized charges
My wife and I had never heard of "ColnX" or Salud Healing, or their sham "product" (and would certainly have never ever ordered something like that), but we started getting credit card charges once a month starting back in December and finally just noticed them. It was pretty hard to notice at first because the company name changes every time:
12/11/09: Colenx Com Fl: $0.95
12/11/09: Colenx Com Fl: $3.00
12/24/09: Mia Menopause Fl: $89.00
1/29/10: Salud: $70.95
2/27/10: Power Plus: $70.95
3/28/10: Salud: $70.95
After a number of attempts, my wife managed to get to them on the phone, and (before hanging up on her) they of course claimed we ordered the product. But the only email address they told us they have is a fake. Clearly they fraudulently got hold our credit card number & address and have been happily sucking money from our accounts.
All you people who turned off your B.S. detectors long enough order this crap are relatively lucky -- at least you were aware you were getting scammed early enough to dispute the charges. I'm going to have to fight with my bank to dispute charges all the way back in December...

Refund
I orderd my COlnx and Acai at the same time thnking this is a great way to try a weight loss program without any hassels. I have called numerous of times with an effort to collect or receive noteices of my refund (taken i missed over the 14 day trial), it has been 5 months and i have yet to receive any confirmation on refunding my money. I sent numerous emails to the so called refund email or support and of course no luck. I would no recommend NO ONE EVER attempt to take the product, ever i hope their company goes down but i am going legal with this situation. Unprofessional and arrogant.

I have been awaiting my refund check since December 2009 they answer my calls but they dont send me nothing, only once did they send me a email stating they are having trouble w/the machine that makes the checks but will send the check now i send emails again and again and nobody responses back.

Refund
On 12-4-09 I spoke to a representative and canceled my trial subscription and per their direction returned the unused portion of the trial container along with the first shipment of the unopened container. I was assured that I would receive a full refund of $89.89. They advised me that they did receive the returned (one trial and the other unopened containers) items on 12-14-2009 and that it takes at least 14 days for them to process the return and provide the refund. I have called them and have extensive threads of e-mail communications however I have never received my refund and it's now going on 3 long months.
