This website leads you to believe they are selling authentic coach purses when in fact it's all knockoff products. I did not know at the time and put in my order. They then sent me a brown purse instead of a black purse that I ordered and when I proceed to tell them that they sent me the wrong color. THey said they in fact did not and the brown purse is in fact black. WTF. I know the difference between black and brown. How can they tell me what they sent me is black. It is absurd and I am very unhappy with them for leading me to believe the items are real and then for sending me the wrong color and not admitting to it.

I just want to inform everybody not to be deceived by the looks of its products being sold in coachworlds.com. I was one of the victims by this website. Before I made a purchase, I sent an email to one of its customer service representatives and asked if the coach products found in the website are authentic. The reply was YES, it is authentic. The pictures found in the website are really nice! But when I received the item coming from the seller, IT WAS DAMAGED, USED, AND FAKE! I was really mad because I worked hard for the money that I paid to them and yet, they are not making any actions against my complaint. Don't be a victim like me. Don't be deceived by COACHWORLDS.COM website because the items they are selling are very much FAKE, USED AND DAMAGED ITEMS! I even sent them a picture as a proof of my complaint but they are not doing anything until now. I still kept on sending them my complaints because I am very dissapointed. be extra careful in visiting websites that sells branded products with big discounts!
