Last August I bought two Kodak DVC323 webcameras from them. At the time the cameras were at a really good price (about $40 less than retail and $20 less than any other online store I checked out). The cameras arrived within 3 days and were in good working order. HOWEVER, I did not receive any type of receipt for these cameras (only a packing invoice). This was unfortunate because I had planned to make use of a rebate that Kodak was offering at the time which required an actual dated receipt. All emails that I sent requesting a receipt went unanswered. Their telephone number only lead to a voicemail system that gave no customer support other than, "Please contact customer support through our website."
Thankfully I was able to still get my rebate from Kodak with the paperwork I had onhand (and a little extra fuss). However, I worry what problems I would have encountered had there actually been something wrong with my cameras. Though I am satisfied with my purchases, I never plan to buy from CMPExpress again.
