Whenever I first log in on my Pogo games, it takes over a minute for them to finally appear - after all of the teensy-weensy other little things I have use my mouse on, I have to keep going back and forth turning them off and on, before the games finallly become un-frozen - I am TIRED of this!!!

I have sat in one room playing a game on club pogo that I enjoy. People come into this room and continuously harass and threaten other people. even though it is an uncensored room. they have threatened to kill people, molest their children and use very vulgar names and also racisms. I have contacted pogo continuously about this problem and all they do is send me an automotive response. I have tried contacting them and all i get is a machine. How can they let these people get away with this and not do anything.

On 5-20-08 I was "ripped off" for in excess of 15, 000 "tokens" I was won playing the game Hog Heaven Slots in Club Pogo on pogo.com. This has also been happening on a regular basis to other players, not getting credits for tokens we're being told by the game we've won, but trust me, tokens "wagered" are very promptly deducted from our totals. Granted, they are "tokens" not real money with little or no cash value. But many of us who play are older persons, many, such as myself, are disabled, and this provides us with contact with others who share our challanges, trials and tears. We also share our joys and our triumphs as well. We pay a fee to play on Club Pogo, some monthly, some bi-yearly, some yearly and I don't believe we are being treated fairly. You try to contact them on line and get stonewalled, with nothing but "generic" answers; you call their 866 # only to be faced with an automated phone system which doesn't give you the opportunity to talk with a live person in a one-on-one basis, meaning all you get is more frustrated. What can be done to see that we receive the benefits we pay for? People are being told on line they've won cash prizes, from $5.00 to $4, 999.00 and when they try to collect, are told they are "ineligible because they cheated", or some excuse, with the bottom line being the money never comes through. NO ONE I'VE TALKED TO ON THE CLUB POGO KNOWS ANYONE WHO IS ALLEGED BY THE SITE TO HAVE WON A JACKPOT! We believe the identities are being falsified by the site and EA Games to encourage us to continue playing. After all, how many elderly and/or disabled people do you know who couldn't use such winnings? Can you help us, at least to be able to make contact with a real live person and not some computer generated voice that is totally useless and obviously designed to frustrate and discourage personal contact? for the last 3 months
I was unable to contact EA games as I am always told that I have incorrect Password.
I know my password.when I ask them for the password-they sent email giving me the password
I used.This problem has been going on for several months.
Can anyone give me telephone number or address of EAgames UK?

Pogo banned me for two days for a reason I disagree with and so do some witnesses who witnessed the person who reported me. I was in mahjong safari when someone talked about getting help with badges and said I do too and for word games I use a dictionary then someone said that was cheating and then I said I use this program where you type in letters yourself that go with mixed letters then it gives you words that go with them, then I have to do the rest myself. It is not a cheat. It just helps me and does not play the game for me. Only cheats I know are the ones that play for you. I can't get in touch of anyone by phone and my explanation is confusing or not good enough for writing to people online at EA and pogo. Just like many of you have had, it is hard to do anything or get anything fixed by asking customer support online because they are not helpful. My other complaint would be to get a phone number and get real people on the phone.
