My wife was taken by these people. She saw the ad on the MSN homepage (shame on them). Like others have tried to get refunds, so have I. Just spent about an hour on the phone with them. At first, the person I spoke to said because it was after the trial, there was nothing that could be done except cancel the subscription. Not good enough. Asked for a supervisor and was told there were none available (probably dealing with others trying to cancel and get refunds too). After being on hold for about 15 minuets, a woman got on the phone and said the same thing about no refunds and to keep and enjoy the product that was shipped. Again, not good enough. Told her that the money could be refunded and that I was returning the product. After being on hold again for about 5 minuets, she came back on and said she could refund $50.00 of the $83.92. So, don't take no for an answer. They will refund SOME of the money if you fight hard enough. Also, request that they e-mail you 1.) a confirmation of the cancelation 2.) a confirmation of the refund. Stay on the phone with them while you do this. She attempted to end the phone call while I checked the e-mail and I advised her that it would not be a good idea in my own little way!!! Stay far, far away from this company!
