erroneous charge
I am complaining again. I took the 7 day free offering to see what it was like. I was not impressed so I immediately cancelled out and even told them why. That I could not afford it. They saw my entry but did not see my cancellation. There is something dreadfully wrong with this company. Consequently they took my money off my charge card. Something needs to be done about Classmates. Also, they keep taking a fee for privacy matters that I never asked for.

I was charged $39.00 on my Capital One Credit Card for which I did not authorize. I can't understand how you can get away with a scam like this.

Billing after cancellation
I have requested cancellation of the classmates billing repeatedly and again this month I recieved my visa bill and there is another charge for classmates. Please cancel this immediately.

billing renewal
i tried to cancel my membership and have my acct. credited and the on-line chat person said she cannot help me. my husband lost his job and we are barely hanging on. this charge may put my acct overdrawn which will cause unnecessary fees and more problems. classmates should notify people when the acct is ready to renew and remind them, so they have the option. i forgot all about this, as it is not a priority in my life right now. this should be illegal practice.

NOTIFIED ME TO CONTACT MY CLASSMATE WHO DIED LAST WEEK! This is sick. I will never, ever use them again and suggest others do the same. I suggest using facebook.

They are giving unauthorized credit card information to AP9*PRIVACYPROTECTION. After signing up for "gold" membership on this site, I got a pop up for a free credit check and a $100 gift card for Canadian Tire. I DID NOT sign up for this service. I closed the pop up because I was not interested. Somehow they got my credit card information. After talking to "Andy" at privacy protection, I was informed that CLASSMATES GAVE them the credit card information. So much for their secure site. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for "gold" membership on CLASSMATES. You are getting more than gold membership! You are gaining an unauthorized credit card bill!

No way to contact them
THIS "SERVICE" HAS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS.
THEIR METHODS OF BILLING ARE UNACCEPTIBLE. ONCE THEY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD, YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY REFUNDED, IF THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGED YOU IS MUCH HIGHER THAN STATED.
